About Jaya Riya Patel.

My names Jaya Riyah Patel, a 21-year-old baker, I have been passionately baking for the past nine years, having started this endeavour at the age of 11 through baking simple recipes and watching tons of baking/cooking shows. Motivated by my long-standing love for baking, I decided to transform my passion into a viable business through Instagram and Facebook and now here on this website. The decision to pursue this goal was particularly opportune during the pandemic when the increased availability of free time and the shift towards staying homing presented a great environment to start a business. My ambition is to expand and venture into selling my baked goods in cafes across Montreal, thereby contributing to the local culinary scene. Jaya Bakes desserts are made with love and the highest quality ingredients! From cookies and brownies to tiramisu—and our newest addition, granola, perfect for topping a yogurt bowl—we make it all!
