Jaya's Test Kitchen: From No-Cook to Cooked Creations

On this blog page, I’ll explore a variety of recipes, from no-cook to cooked dishes. As someone who loves both baking and cooking, I’ll share everything from chia pudding to breakfasts, lunches, and dinners—new recipes I’ve tried and enjoyed (or found to be a work in progress)!

First up is chia pudding. I made it about six months ago, and after letting it sit in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight for the best texture), I tried it the next day—but I didn’t like it at all. However, yesterday, I decided to give it another try. This time, I added matcha powder instead of cinnamon and a bit more maple syrup than the recipe called for. I tried it this morning, topped with cammerise (a type of blueberry), and to my surprise, I really enjoyed it! I’ll be having it again tomorrow for breakfast. It’s a great option as I’ve been looking to expand my breakfast variety, and chia pudding is both tasty and healthy! For those who haven’t had it, the texture can take some getting used to, but once you do, you can add flavors you like to make it taste just right.
